Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Easesoft Limited, the developer of Ease Data Recovery and Ease DLL Fixer (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). This Agreement supersedes any prior license agreements and governs your use of the Software.
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software and remove all related files from your devices.
Easesoft Limited exclusively owns all copyrights of the Software. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Software offers the following license types:

| Yearly Subscription | 1 computer | Paid annually, valid for one year. Renewal required for continued use. |
| Lifetime License (PRO) | Up to 3 computers | One-time purchase, valid indefinitely. Includes updates to the current major version. |
Notes:
Each license is valid for the specified number of devices. A separate license is required for each additional device.
Lifetime licenses may be permanently transferred to another person if the recipient agrees to this license. Transfer must include the current version and all updates.
Free Edition allows scanning and previewing of data.
To repair, recover, or fully use all features, users must upgrade to a PRO / Licensed Version.
The Free Edition may be freely distributed as long as the package is unmodified.
No person or company may charge a fee for distributing the Free Edition without written permission from Easesoft Limited.
You may not:
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the Software except as expressly permitted herein.
Circumvent licensing mechanisms or attempt to unlock PRO features without a valid license.
Note: To the extent permitted by applicable law, unauthorized use may result in automatic termination of this license and legal action.
The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You use the Software at your own risk.
Easesoft Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
Nothing herein excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Applies only to the latest version of the Software.
Feature requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
Users can evaluate the Free Edition before purchase.
Easesoft Limited does not offer refunds if the product fails to meet expectations due to misunderstanding its features or capabilities.
If you purchased the wrong product, a one-time exchange for a product of equal value is allowed.

Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable after payment, as the license is granted immediately, except where prohibited by applicable law.
To cancel a subscription before renewal, you may:

Cancellation prevents future renewal; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
If the Software persistently fails to perform substantially as described and support confirms it cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are subject to applicable law.
Easesoft Limited reserves the right to:
Modify this license agreement at any time.
Update the Software or pricing without notice.
Retain all rights not expressly granted herein.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
Installing or using the Software signifies your acceptance of all terms above. If you do not agree, uninstall the Software and remove all related files.
